This is a chance to switch things up and to try out different types of classes! We’ll have 8 fifteen minute mini-classes. Prices will be the same as normal for both members and non-members. Come give it a shot!

The schedule will go as follows:

9am – Yoga
9:20am – Mix-it-up
9:40am – BodyPump
10am – Seniors
10:20 – Insanity
10:40 – Zumba
11am – Pilates
11:20 – Tae Kwon Do
