Try all seven workouts for the price of only one class! Each session is scheduled for 15 minutes with a 5 minute break before the next session begins.
9:40- Les Mills’ BODYPUMP
10:20- Intervals (cardio and strength training)
10:40- Boot Camp (body weight exercises/ cardio bursts)
