Try ‘Core De Force’ for FREE this month!

We’re excited to offer a new workout program as a trial during the month of August.

On Saturdays during August, Janet Jones will be visiting the Community Center and instructing Core De Force, an MMA fitness program based on martial arts such as boxing, kickboxing, and more. This one-hour program offers participants a fun and intense workout designed for burning calories and fat and toning your core!
This class will be offered on Saturday 8/11, 8/18, and 8/25 @ 9:00 in the multipurpose room for FREE!
