Pilates

A variety of exercise classes are available from the Fort Ritchie Community Center, including the popular Zumba, strength training through Bodypump, core work in Pilates, and Yoga basics. Intense one-week sessions of Boot Camp are offered each month and a new teen program targeting strength and conditioning will be starting in 2015.
