9am- Yoga


9:40- Les Mills’ BODYPUMP

10am- BANG*

10:20- Intervals (cardio and strength training)

10:40- Boot Camp (various body weight exercises mixed with short cardio bursts)

11am- Pilates

*BANG is an exciting new fitness class that we will be trying out that utilizes dance-style instruction for a total body workout.
