Senior Programs

senior programsThe senior citizen exercise program, known as Senior Sweat, is one of the most popular classes of the Fort Ritchie Community Center. Classes are scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays each week from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM and 8:35 AM to 9:05 AM. Led by certified fitness instructors, this unique exercise program incorporates many different movements and fun activities, such as badminton. The program also features luncheons, community service activities, and special events following class.

Discounted membership rates are available for citizens 62 years and older.
