2020 Virtual Youth Professional Skills Development Program

In partnership with the Maryland Agricultural Education and Rural Development Assistance Fund (MAERDAF), the Fort Ritchie Community Center is offering a virtual job skills training program to Washington and Frederick County, MD residents ages 12 to 17!

Participants can earn up to $30 a week by watching the virtual session and answering the weekly question!

Beginning May 4th, a weekly Skills Video will be released on our YouTube channel every Monday, covering topics such as...

  • Enthusiasm & Attitude
  • Professionalism
  • Resumes
  • Interviews
  • and more!

After watching the video, teens will visit the submission form online to submit their answer to the weekly question (which will be included in the Skills Video).
