FRCC America's 250 Push-Up Challenge

Are you ready for FRCC's America's 250th Push-Up Challenge? Complete 250 push-ups and let us know how long it takes you! This challenge ends this Saturday, July 4, to celebrate America's 250th Birthday! Open to our FRCC Members. Please time yourself and let us know at the front desk, or via email to Brenda bwalker@thefrcc.org. Prizes will be given for the fastest man and woman.

Volleyball Camp | July 13–16 | 6 - 8 PM

Led by Coach Annaston Cree, Travel Club Head Coach and Assistant College Volleyball Coach. Whether your child is preparing for volleyball season or trying the sport for the first time, this camp focuses on developing core volleyball skills, teamwork, confidence, and game fundamentals in a positive, high-energy setting.

Dance Camp: Kids in Motion
July 20–23 | 6 - 8 PM

Led by Coach Katie Ostrowski, an experienced dancer and group fitness instructor. Participants will explore different styles of dance while learning movement concepts, creativity, balance, strength, flexibility, and self-expression through engaging activities and choreography.

Food Pantry

Perishable and non-perishable items are available from Tabitha's Table on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month for Maryland residents until they have been given away. Contact us to see if items are still available.
Food items are delivered by 11 am

Rural Youth Sports Camps

Get ready to learn, move, and have fun this summer with our Rural Youth Sports Camps! Designed for youth ages 6–13, these evening camps allow young athletes and active kids to learn fundamentals, develop skills, stay active during the off-season, and build confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
