What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is an art that embraces the mind, body, and spirit. Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. Although an art that requires great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and quickly deliver its health benefits. For many, it continues as a lifetime journey.

Meet your Instructor

holly mcglaughlin-forrest

Holly McGlaughlin-Forrest has been in the health and fitness industry for 30 years, graduating with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Penn State University. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer, Tai Chi instructor, mat Pilates instructor, and certified autoimmune protocol coach. Her passion is working with clients facing challenges like Lupus, MS, Parkinson’s disease, POTS, hypermobility, and cancer. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her adult children, hiking, reading, knitting, and researching whatever her current special interests happen to be.
