This 4 class special program will take your muscles through various challenges. Bootcamp emphasizes proper form and progression in all exercises while sculpting and toning your body through interval training. It’s intended for all fitness levels. Come ready to sweat and burn calories!
Boot Camp is offered once a quarter (4 times a year).

We reserve the right to cancel class if at least 5 participants have not pre-registered.
Members pay $3 per class, non-members pay $7 per class.
Senior members pay $2 per class, senior non-members pay $5 per class.
