Recreation Assistant / Customer Service
This is the perfect job for anyone who is outgoing, enthusiastic, and fun! Responsibility is to work with the Fort Ritchie Community Center team to provide the best experiences possible for local residents including children, teens, adults, and senior citizens. Tasks for the Recreation Assistant / Customer Service position include:
Responsibilities
- Assist in program planning and implementation
- Operate Information Desk in positive and professional manner
- Provide professional and friendly interactions with teammates, members, guests, and visitors
- Complete transactions such as opening new membership accounts and accepting payment for activities
- Maintain daily financial accounts and reconcile transactions as needed
- Provide quality customer service experiences
- Maintain and improve the safety and cleanliness of the Community Center
- Assist visitors and members by being knowledgeable on programs and activities
- Contribute to the team effort of improving lives

Schedule
Early morning, daytime, and evening shifts are available Monday through Saturday. Community event and program shifts are scheduled based upon specifics of each activity.
