Event Time:

Sales may not begin before 8:30 AM on Saturday.
Vendors are required to stay for the full duration of the event. Leaving early may result in not being permitted to participate in future Yard Sale or Craft Bazaar events.

All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 8:30 AM on Saturday.
Please use the side entrances through the gymnasium and multi-purpose room to bring in your items.
Do not use the main entrance during setup.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations. All cancellations must be made directly with FRCC.
Spaces cannot be resold or transferred. Only the individuals listed on the submitted contract with payment will be permitted to vend.

During setup times, you may temporarily park beside or in front of the Community Center only to unload items.
After unloading, please move your vehicle to a marked parking space so others may unload.
All vehicles must be moved from beside/in front of the building by 8:30 AM on Saturday.
Over 100 parking spaces are available along Castle Drive (the road beside the Community Center).
The parking lot behind the building is reserved for staff and volunteers only.
Parking on the grass is not allowed.
Parking spaces beside or in front of the building during event hours should remain open for shoppers only.

A variety of items will be available for purchase at the Snack Bar in the FRCC lobby. Please bring cash for concessions.
